The current visa-exemption scheme allows eligible passport holders up to 30 days. Other passports or longer stays may need a visa. Non-Thai arrivals generally complete the free TDAC within 3 days before arrival; it is not a visa.

Visa eligibility & the digital arrival card
The Royal Thai Embassy update effective 15 September 2026 lists 60 eligible nationalities for visa-exempt tourist stays of up to 30 days. Check the rules for your passport, travel purpose and stay length, including passport validity, onward travel and evidence requested at the border. Completing a TDAC does not grant or extend permission to stay.

Is Krabi dry in November?
November marks the usual shift towards the Andaman coast’s drier season, but showers and rough seas remain possible, especially early in the month.
Is Railay easy to reach?
Railay is reached by boat. Plan for luggage, tides and sea conditions at both ends of your stay.
Can I book an island tour in advance?
You can reserve, but check cancellation terms and confirm operation close to the date.
Are hotel pools heated?
The selected hotel listings do not confirm pool heating. Ask each property about temperature and access.
